Nicola Crosby is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sunpark Plaza, a 124,662 sf class A suburban office building in southeast Calgary, Alberta, 20 minutes south of downtown Calgary. The property is 100% leased to credit tenants including Alberta Health Services, which occupies 90% of the building. Alberta Health Services provides secure in-place cash flow with contractual rental increases throughout the term. Sunpark Plaza is well located, with direct access to Macleod Trail and close proximity to retail amenities and public transit.
