The property is comprised of a 64,064 sf cross-dock facility constructed in 2008, which is situated on a 13.77 acre parcel of land in the heart of the Pacific Link Industrial Park. The property is 100% leased to Quik X, a leader in the LTL trucking sector, and a subsidiary of TransForce Inc.
