Nicola Crosby, the real estate division of Nicola Wealth Management Ltd., is pleased to announce the acquisition of 4550-4650 W. Van Buren Street in Phoenix, in partnership with Hopewell Development.

This industrial property is comprised of two buildings totaling 153,900 sf situated on a 10.86 acre site. The property is 66% leased and will be substantially upgraded as part of our value-add strategy.
