Nicola Crosby, the real estate division of Nicola Wealth Management Ltd., is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Aviva Building located at 1335 North Service Road East in Oakville, Ontario.

The property features a 55,000 sf, two-storey class A office building that was recently completed in 2018.  The building is 100% leased to Aviva Canada Inc. on a long-term lease.

The property also includes 2.0 acres of excess land on which a second office building of approximately 35,000 sf can be constructed.
