The transaction, acquired through partnership with CanTex Capital, was brokered by David Guinn and Matt Singletary of Davidson & Bogel Real Estate LLC and establishes NWRE’s presence in an important US market.
The acquisition includes an existing building totaling 60,000 sf on 17 acres of irreplaceable in-fill industrial land. The property is located in the well-established Brookhollow submarket and is 100% leased to an international equipment rental company.
