Matthew is responsible for identifying, underwriting and coordinating due diligence of acquisition opportunities for the Nicola Wealth real estate funds.
Matthew began his career in commercial real estate brokerage, then worked within institutional commercial real estate investment and management. He brings extensive experience in all asset classes from major and secondary markets within the United States and Canada.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Urban Land Economics from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, and enjoys travel, cycling, golf, skiing and reading.
