Ron Bastin is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience. He has a diverse background with a deep understanding of portfolio management, transactions, capital origination, leasing and asset management.
Joining the Nicola Wealth Real Estate team in 2021, Ron has a national perspective across all major asset classes having worked in various Canadian markets throughout his career. He has spent the majority of his career in an advisory role and believes strongly in developing lasting client relationships.
Ron’s passion for real estate started as a teenager while working in construction for a small developer. He started his professional career after completing a business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. He later went on to complete an Executive MBA at Queen’s University. Ron is fluent in French and also holds an EU passport.
Ron and his family live in Burlington ON. He and his wife Nannette are blessed to have two wonderful boys, Noah and Andy, and their golden retriever Titan.
