Shaun joined Nicola Wealth in January 2016.Prior to joining Nicola Wealth, Shaun worked at an appraisal firm in Downtown Vancouver for seven years. In his appraisal role, Shaun worked on a variety of assignments relating to commercial and residential properties, including office buildings, retail complexes, development sites, single- and multi-family residential projects, assessment appeal negotiations, lease negotiations, and rental studies.
Originally from New Zealand, Shaun moved to Vancouver in 2004 and became a Canadian citizen in 2014.
Shaun has a Bachelor of Property degree from the University of Auckland and completed a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC, and also holds the Accredited Appraiser (AACI) designation.
In his free time, Shaun enjoys rugby, (more watching than playing these days), golf, hiking, camping, cooking, and playing the guitar.

Where is your dream vacation spot?
A quiet beach anywhere... except maybe Australia with all of its dangerous wildlife.
