Participation in Grosvenor Americas’ Structured Development Finance Program

Nicola Crosby, the real estate division of Nicola Wealth Management Ltd., is pleased to announce its participation in a Structured Development Financing Program in partnership with Grosvenor Americas and Kingswood Capital.   The Program provides capital to market leading residential developers structured as mezzanine debt and is currently invested in the following projects:

  • Belpark by Intracorp (Vancouver, BC)
  • 820 Mission St by Intracorp (Los Angeles)
  • Elysium by Madison Investments (Washington, DC)
  • 815 Tennessee by DM Development (San Francisco)
  • 2290 Third St by DM Development (San Francisco)
