Nicola Crosby, a subsidiary of Nicola Wealth Management, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 8811 Laurel Street, a 4.6 acre industrial site located in South Vancouver, acquired in partnership with PC Urban Properties Corp (www.pcurban.ca). Our value-add strategy is to build a small-bay industrial strata project in three (3) phases with a total saleable area of approximately 160,000 square feet.
